No. Anyone can access blu., read breaking news stories, share information on the discussion forums, connect on the social network, etc. Regardless of whether you have any live projects running in the tool or not.

Yes, blu. allows you to search through your current and historical campaigns. Select the Projects tab and then select Milestones Listing.
