Cookies not enabled

We're sorry but blu. encountered a problem trying to set your user cookie.

blu. requires that your web browser accept cookies in order to tell that you are logged in. There are a couple of reasons why your web browser might not be accepting cookies:

  1. You are using a web browser that doesn't support cookies. blu. has been tested with Internet Explorer and Firefox, but some older versions of these browsers and some alternate browsers may have problems accepting cookies.

  2. Your browser is set to not accept cookies. To enable cookies in your browser, do the following:

  3. For Internet Explorer (IE):

    • For IE 7 and IE 6: Choose Tools | Internet Options from the menu. On the Internet Options screen, select the Privacy tab. On the Privacy tab, press the Advanced button. In the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box, check the "Override automatic cookie handling" box and select the "Accept" option under "First-party Cookies." Press OK on the Advanced Privacy Settings and Internet Options dialog boxes to save your changes.

    • For IE 5: Choose Tools | Internet Options from the menu. On the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab. On the Security tab, select the "Internet" zone and press the Custom Level button. In the Security Settings dialog box, select the "Enabled" options under both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)." Press OK on the Security Settings and Internet Options dialog boxes to save your changes.

    • For IE 4: Choose View | Internet Options from the menu. On the Internet Options screen, select the Advanced tab. Scroll though the list of options until you see the yellow exclamation point next to the word "Cookies". Select the "Always Accept Cookies" option just bellow the Cookies heading. Press OK to save your changes.

    • For IE 3: Choose View | Options from the menu. On the Options screen, uncheck the 'Warn before accepting "cookies" box'. Press OK to save your changes.

    For Mozilla Firefox:

    • Choose Tools | Options from the menu. Select the Privacy category on the left of the options screen, expand the Cookies section. Click on the Exceptions button, type in "blu.bluefreeway.com" and click allow for session. Close out the windows by selecting OK and restart FireFox.

    For Safari:

    • From the Safari Menu choose Preferences. Click the Security icon on the top of the preferences screen, and locate "Accept Cookies". Select "Only from sites you navigate to" and then click close.

    For Opera:

    • Choose Tools | Quick Preferences. Ensure "Enable Cookies" is checked.

    For Netscape Navigator:

    • Choose Edit | Preferences from the menu. Expand the Privacy & Security category on the left and click on the Cookies subcategory. Click on the Cookie Manager button and then select the Cookie Sites tab. Type in "blu.bluefreeway.com" and click Session. Close out the windows by selecting Ok and restart Netscape.
